Please read the following before making an appointment
Cancellation Policy
All Clients will receive a reminder text 48 hours prior to your booked appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please let us know as soon as possible.
If you cancel your appointment within 32 hours of your scheduled service you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Continuous cancellations or rescheduling of appointments will result in the need to prepay a deposit to secure a booking.

No Show Policy
​If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of your total service. To book any future appointments you will be required to pay a $50 booking fee
Arriving To Your Appointment
We kindly ask that you arrive to your appointment with clean dry hair. During your appointment with us we may ask you questions about previous hair products you have used and colour services you have had done. It is imperative that you share this information with us so we can ensure we use the best products suited to your hair to get the best results possible.
New Client Deposit
For all new clients we require a non-refundable $50 deposit to secure your booking. The deposit will come off the final appointment balance on the day. Deposits are valid for 30 days from the date the original appointment is scheduled. If the appointment is rescheduled after the 30-day period, you will forfeit your original deposit and a new deposit will be required to make a new booking.
